I am still natural. The right pic is just an implant testing pic. To get to that size I will probably need about 3-4 surgeries.
For the first surgery, I plan to go as big as possible. That will be somewhere in the 600 - 800cc area.
That's certainly something to look forward to.

This is one of the cleanest pre amps I have heard at a lower cost, although it is slightly under power compared to some others at an output of 6w, does not take away from the purity of it.

This Sanyo-made preamp is a sleeper- replaced my Adcom with no going back. HUGE soundstage on all inputs and has an excellent mc pre-preamp that equals or betters my stepup trannys. Seems to have lower than standard gain, but it's really just a linear volume pot with no taper. Three phono inputs including one mm with front panel capacitance switching. Clean and flexible.
I bought my CC-3000 new at the end of the 80`s for a ridiculously low price.
I spent many hours comparing it to other pre-amps like the AVM Evolution V1 or CD-players directly connected to the Mono Amps. I was never able to spot any coloration or other disadvantages, CD even sounded a little better with the Fisher than without it. Both phono stages (MM an MC) are of equal high quality as the line in. In a silent room, with your ear close to the tweeter, you can notice a very little noise from the MC input.
For me it was the first HIFI component that clearly showed the difference of cheap and well build wires (well build does not mean expensive!). Some cheap stuff sounded just awful.
It´s only problem is it´s brand name, that always had the taste of second class HIFI. Compared to other popular 80`s products of Japanese origin (Technics, Kenwood, Sony...) of the age it is much better than one would expect and comes out as par or a winner. I still use it for Stereo today, because I didn't find anything better with 100% neutral sound. After about 30 years I replaced some parts in the power supply with “better” ones and serviced the potentiometer. Did not make it sound worse.
Something that I really appreciate: It came with a schematic in the owners manual. Should be a standard with any Hifi...
I agree with ZJSprout. This is a sleeper. Well built. True, not super high-end, but for all the extra money for Hi-end, would one really be that much better off. Rebuild this puppy and keep going. I have the Black version CC-3000, the silver version being CC-3300. The only difference I have been able to tell between schematics and internals is the color of the faceplate. Yes, gain does seem to be low compared to some preamps, however one will not overdrive and clip most amps because of this. This does seem to be a good match for a Onkyo M-501, both voltage drive wise and impedance wise.
