He decides to hire a hit-man to kill his father, The Major, who won a large amount of money in the lottery years ago, but the killer demands US$ 100,000 for the job. Dwayne and Travis kidnap the pizza delivery boy Nick and they dress Nick in a vest with a timer and several bombs. Then Dwayne tells Nick that he has ten hours to rob US$ 100,000 from a bank. Once he does, he would give Nick the code to release the vest. Nick summons his best friend Chet to help him in the heist but the scheme does not work the way Dwayne has plotted.

30 Minutes or Less would go on TV the night, so I decided to watch the movie, but without any expectations, and I ended up liking the film, I thought a lot of fun, the cast is good, Jesse Eisenberg is well, Danny McBride good and funny, Aziz Ansaria this very well, I rather laugh with him, Nick Swardson, Michael Peña, Fred Ward and etc, the script is weak, more has really funny moments, and some fun dialogues, even the majority being uninteresting, the direction of the film is weak and the pace is moderate, I was not bored, most believe it will be very, 30 Minutes or Less is fun, have a good time, plus has a weak script and direction without any inspiration. Life is never easy if your stuck in a dead-end job delivering pizzas with no perspectives or incentive to change this, are hopelessly in love with your best friend's sister and with a 30 minutes or pizza free policy are forced to speed across town to save to your own paycheck. However Nick (Jesse Eisenberg) hasn't hit rock bottom yet, as a pair of wannabee criminals Dwayne (Danny McBride) and Travis (Nick Swardson), high on "Die Hard" action movies and with a hobby of blowing stuff up, strap a bomb to your chest and force you to rob a bank or else. Panicking Nick begs his super pal and school teacher Chet (Aziz Ansari) to pull off the heist...<br/><br/>Ruben Fleischer's sophomore feature after "Zombieland" fails to keep up comically with his breakthrough debut. Joining forces again with the affable Jesse Eisenberg, the director attempts to make a running joke with inspirations drawn from heist and buddy movies, hence the references come in thick and thin, mostly served straight up as each of the four beginners involved heavily borrow 'knowledge' from a vast array of watched pictures. Thus the general premise of the comedy comes about. Nonetheless the captive absurdity so easily served in "Zombieland" is not replicated in "30 Minutes or Less", instead on offer is a slightly trivialised and straight-up mix-tape, which is pretty entertaining within its limits.
There's too much cheese, but there are still enough amusing action beats and funny one-liners to let one say, 30 Minutes or Less delivers, more or less on time.
