Promotion techniques can always be changed and used in an innovative manner. .

Employer branding and Recruitment Marketing even with their differences cannot exist without each other. Even though both the words cannot be used interchangeably, they both have the same aim to achieve but with their own different techniques. At the end of the day the employer wants to hire good talent for its organisation. Both the techniques with their growing popularity are being intensively used by a lot of businesses, the ones that don’t have an HR team in place, are often seen hiring Recruitment Marketing services from outside post developing their employer brand.
