If you’ve got a 3-inch dick, you’ve probably wondered at some point how your size compares with the average penis length. Is a 3-inch dick small? Average? Read on to learn how a 3-inch penis compares with other penis sizes, and get advice on how to make the most of your member in bed.
To answer this question, we’ll look at one of the most comprehensive studies done on penis size that was published in the British Journal of Urology International in 2015. Note that the phrase “penis size” typically refers to the length of an erect (not flaccid) penis.
So how big is a 3-inch dick compared with other penises? According to the study, the average erect penis length is 5.16 inches, while the average flaccid penis length is 3.61 inches. Thus, we can see that a 3-inch penis is clearly below average (for both erect and flaccid length).
But how small is it exactly? The study’s percentile chart places a 3-inch (7.62-cm) penis below the 1st percentile, indicating that more than 99 percent of men have penises longer than 3 inches. In other words, a 3-inch dick is generally considered quite small compared with other penis sizes.
While it’s true that a 3-inch dick is, scientifically speaking, on the smaller end of the penis-size scale, does this mean it’s a micropenis, too? The answer to this question varies depending on how you define a micropenis.
The basic definition of a micropenis is any normal-functioning penis that’s at least 2.5 standard deviations below the mean penis size. In the study above, for example, a 3-inch penis would be considered a micropenis, as 2.5 standard deviations below the average penis size reported here is 3.35 inches (8.5 cm) in stretched length (that is, the length of a flaccid penis when stretched—this is usually about the same as the erect length).
But other definitions of micropenises don’t include penises up to 3 inches in length. For example, some sources define micropenises as those that are equal to or less than 2.8 inches hard, 2 inches hard, or 1.2 inches in stretched length. In these cases, a 3-inch dick would not be a micropenis.
Overall, you can say that a 3-inch penis sort of straddles the line between micropenis and small penis.
So your penis is 3 inches long when hard. If you’re worried this won’t be enough to please a partner, don’t be! Here are four tips for making the most of your 3-inch dick in bed:
In the end, remember that sexual satisfaction isn’t solely dependent on penis size. You can have a great sex life as long as you’re positive, confident, and willing to get creative from time to time!

Stellaris Dev Diary #205: Announcing the 3.0 ‘Dick’ Update
Thread starter grekulf
Start date Mar 18, 2021
The realm rejoices as Paradox Interactive announces the launch of Crusader Kings III, the latest entry in the publisher’s grand strategy role-playing game franchise. Advisors may now jockey for positions of influence and adversaries should save their schemes for another day, because on this day Crusader Kings III can be purchased on Steam, the Paradox Store, and other major online retailers.

“And all those exclamation marks, you notice? Five? A sure sign of someone who wears his underpants on his head.”
I love it! Can't wait until 15. 4.

The only backlash is the removal of simultanious operations . I had counted on this. Bandwidth was a good decision.
Big question: How will the pop changes impact tech pacing and snowballing? In the current version, we have to set the endgame year to 2300 or 2325 and the victory year to 2400 in order to get proper pacing where you don't spend 100 extra years researching boring repeatables and just ballooning endlessly and slowing the game to a crawl. With that in mind, what would be good endgame and victory years in the new patch?
Holy moly, those Outliner changes! Beautiful.

Ahaha great stuff as always
This all looks amazing, I can't wait. Funnily enough, the thing I am most excited for is the Outliner update. Being able to sort planets is AMAZING and I have wanted it for so long that I'm over the moon about it being an actual thing.

Also really looking forward to trying out the first contact stuff.
If this is Dick, I hope next major update will be called Lem.
Words cannot express how little I care about espionage mechanics in Paradox games.

Relative Encryption tooltip. In this example, our Codebreaking is lower than their Encryption and their Codebreaking is higher than our Encryption.

The refined Operations UI. Envoy on the top left, Infiltration Level (current/max) as progress bar & value. Intel categories in the top-right.

The finished first contact UI. The silhouette in the bottom-right is supposed to be generic, and will reveal a portrait once you’ve progressed far enough into the first contact chain.

Abducting aliens is no longer a risk-free undertaking.

It seems like they weren’t too happy about our abductions…

Planets will be reordered within the sector listing or planet listing, depending on which option is active.

The outliner can also be toggled to show the icons for the designations instead of the icon for the planet class.
Very excited to play this. I really hope that sector and planetary automation have been improved, it will make taking a run at being a galaxy spanning crisis much less of a headache.
Bold claim to equal your update to the complete Travel, Map and Combat overhaul done by Wiz in 2.0

Also if the Espionage system is anywhere near the Senate in terms of game design philosophy, it's probably just as much of a dumpsterfire. I wonder, will I be able to spend a month or two worth of minerals to simply buy out a 100% spy network in another empire because the AI doesn't know how to work with it?

Snark and realism aside,
looking forward to the pop growth and industry changes. Don't see how you could screw up that part into becoming worse.

Reordering the planets in the outliner - thank the stars!
Upon completion, Operations will now almost always cause a significant hit to Infiltration to represent lost contacts and heightened security.
This looks great! I like the outliner qol changes so far, I hope there are more to come this year. I'm really looking forward to first contact as part of the new mechanics.
The universe is probably littered with the one-planet graves of cultures which made the sensible economic decision that there's no good reason to go into space - each discovered, studied, and remembered by the ones who made the irrational decision. - Randall Munroe
Two possibilities exist: Either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying. - Arthur C. Clarke.

Suggestions: Expansion Expansions (Updates to current DLCs) || Puppet states and Proxy wars || Empire Enclaves || Diplomacy with unfriendly Empires/Decaying agreements || Expanding trade || Making strategic resources, strategic || Multi level Diplomatic agreements || Ancient Gods (Mid-game crisis) || Empire events and Political overhaul || Gestalt rework - Restlessness - Purpose - Factions || Starbase module improvements || Gene-modded style Terraforming || Commercial pact rework
