Terms of Use for 2FA Authenticator (the “App”)

These Terms of Use explain the rules for downloading, accessing, and using the 2FA Authenticator mobile application (the “App”), operated by TeaCapps GmbH (“TeaCapps”). By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms.

The App may include search tools that link you to external websites offering products or services (“Websites”). In these instances, the App functions solely as a conduit. TeaCapps is not a party to any transactions or disputes you have with those third‑party Websites; all purchases, contracts, or disagreements are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant Websites.

3. Service Availability & Modifications

TeaCapps endeavors to keep the App available and running smoothly but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. You are responsible for backing up any data you store in the App.

TeaCapps reserves the right to change, limit, suspend, or terminate the App—or any of its features, including paid offerings—at any time and without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeaCapps disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

4.2 Indemnification

By using the App, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeaCapps from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from your breach of these Terms or infringement of any third‑party rights.

5. Additional Terms

5.1 Amendments to These Terms

TeaCapps may update these Terms of Use at any time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you through appropriate channels. Continued use of the App after those changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5.2 Termination of Access

You may stop using the App at any time. However, if you keep using the App after changes to these Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
