Once a Glyph is at level 15 it can be upgraded using the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The radius of the Paragon Board increases by one node for every 15 levels at which a Glyph is upgraded.
Once a Glyph has reached the desired level, it is possible to activate it. Select it, then click the "enchant button".
