LNB ÉliteThe LNB Élite, currently known for sponsorship reasons as Betclic Élite, is a professional basketball league in France and is the highest level of the French basketball system. The competition has existed since 1921. Since 1987, the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB) has governed the league. Formerly known as the LNB Pro A, each season consists of 16 teams. The bottom two placed teams from each season are relegated to the second tier level Pro B. The winner of the play-offs of the league are crowned the French national champions.

T. J. ShortsTimothy Neocartes "T. J." Shorts II (born October 15, 1997) is an American-born naturalized Macedonian basketball player for Paris Basketball of the French LNB Pro A and the EuroLeague. Standing at 5 ft 9 in (1.75 m), Shorts plays at the point guard position. Shorts played college basketball for UC Davis where he was named the Big West Player of the Year. He started his professional career in Europe in 2019 with Ventspils and went on to play several one-year stints for different clubs. Shorts gained praise at the continent, winning the MVP award for the Basketball Champions League in 2023, and for the EuroCup in 2024. Born in Irvine, California, Shorts became a Macedonian citizen and made his debut for the North Macedonia national team in 2022.
Paris BasketballParis Basketball is a French professional basketball club based in Paris. The club currently plays in the LNB Élite, the first division of basketball in France, and the EuroLeague since 2024–25. Founded in 2018, Paris plays its home games at the Adidas Arena. Three years after its establishment, Paris promoted to the first-level LNB Pro A for the first time, in 2021. In 2024, the team won the Leaders Cup and the 2023–24 EuroCup titles.

2023–24 LNB Élite seasonThe 2023–24 LNB Élite season, known as Betclic Élite due to sponsorship from online gambling company Betclic, is the 102nd season of the LNB Élite, the top basketball league in France organised by the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB). The regular season began on 16 September 2023 and ended on 11 May 2024. Via promotion and relegation with LNB Pro B, Saint-Quentin BB and Élan Chalon joined the league, replacing Élan Béarnais and Fos Provence Basket. In the 2023–24 season, clubs ranked 16th, 17th, and 18th will be relegated to LNB Pro B.
2024–25 Atlanta Hawks seasonThe 2024–25 Atlanta Hawks season was the 76th season of the franchise in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and 57th in Atlanta. It was the second full season under head coach Quin Snyder. On April 5, the Hawks would gain a play-in berth following their loss to the New York Knicks. With a win against the Utah Jazz the next day, the Hawks improved from their 36-win 2023–24 season. They finished eighth in the East. However, on April 18, they were eliminated from playoff contention after losing in the second stage of the play-in tournament to the Miami Heat.
2024–25 LNB Élite seasonThe 2024–25 LNB Élite season, also known as Betclic Élite for sponsorship reasons, is the 103rd season of the LNB Élite, France's top basketball league. It began on 20 September 2024 with the regular season and will conclude at the latest on 24 June 2025 with the playoffs. AS Monaco is the back-to-back defending champion.
