I have personally observed his support of the Python community both in that work (where he has built and supported an extremely competent team to support the project) and in the StackOverflow Python chat room where he is a long-time active participant. Local knowledge: Flight Centre has stores and offices throughout Canada including Toronto giving us access to fantastic local knowledge. Truth be told, the main difference between Christmas in Canada and Christmas in Australia is the climate.
