The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest marks in our quality tests because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a style that appears outdated. It's also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for a budget option.
It's not the most light stroller but it's got enough features to make it worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy to navigate it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs with ease. The low handle of the Cloud is a problem however, as it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not comfortable to push with your legs hanging in the air like that and it's also not helping that it's not padded.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. It's a bit more complicated to close the cloud, however. You must slide a slider, and then press a large white button to get it to collapse. This can be frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids at the same time.
The Cloud comes with a compact but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate an enormous diaper bag. It's a little narrow, though it's likely that you'll need to put something in it to reach the back to take it out. The Cloud includes an adult and child tray with two cup holders each however, both are too narrow to comfortably hold larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design that's perfect for traveling. It's extremely light at 18 pounds (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also has independently reclining seats, as well as large SPF50 sunvisors that have a peekaboo window. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. It also features an integrated parking brake with one step and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats, so your little ones must be 6+ months old and have solid neck control in order to ride in the front seat. It does have a nice, three panel sun canopy, though and each seat comes with its own snack tray as well as parent cupholders.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly thin and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with luxe features that make it perfect for travel. It folds easily and is very mobile. It can easily fit into overhead compartments and trunks of planes.

It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct differences. It's also slightly more expensive, but it also has greater maneuverability and an extra sun canopy. It also comes with a handy carry strap that can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with lots of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs and offers plenty of storage space in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket, a parent storage pocket, and more. The stroller can also be used with a child's chair and comes with a brake with a flip-flop feature that is easily engaged. It's designed to grow with your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months of age and up.
