1. Roomba j7+ from iRobot
The Roomba J7+, IRobot's most advanced robot to date is the Roomba j7+. Its biggest innovation, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection system. It makes use of AI to recognize objects such as charging cords and shoes. It's also the first robot to automatically send you a picture of an object it encounters so that you can tell it to stay clear of it in the future.
The Combo J7+ is the best robot to mop we've ever tested, picking up spills and dirt effortlessly without leaving any trace that was there. It's easy to control through the iRobot Home app which lets you schedule cleaning and create Keep Out Zones to make sure it doesn't sweep areas you don't want it to. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start and stop it using voice.
The design is also better than the competition. It features a sleek, top piece that looks like an toy, not an obnoxious and loud robot. And the Clean Base Automated Dirt Disposal System is self-emptying which is great to speed up cleaning.
In our tests the j7+ was quick to pick up and remove dust dirt, pet hair and even pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brushes kept the debris in place instead of scattering it across the floor. While it's not quite as efficient as the $1,217 Roomba s9+ Auto-Emptying Vacuum, which isn't able to clean stairs, the j7+ is still an excellent choice for those who need a vac and a mop in their home. It's not too expensive, and the IRobot app makes it user-friendly to use.
Although the iRobot Home app is very user-friendly, we've found it to be less reliable than other applications that use robotic cleaners. It can take some time to download updates, and it can be difficult to determine whether they're working until you actually see them in action.
2. Roborock Q5+
If you are looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that can do more than simply clean your floors then a hybrid is the best choice. These robots come with a tank of water so they can mop and vacuum simultaneously. They also have a range of additional features, including smart mapping, small obstacles avoidance and even the ability to wash and dry mopping pads. They're expensive at retail, but usually lower prices on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Roborock is the manufacturer of some of our favorite robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ is no exception. fail to impress. This is their least expensive auto-empty model. While robotvacuummops doesn't have some of the features that are found on more expensive models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's still a great option if you're willing to sacrifice a bit to save a few hundred dollars.
The Q5+ is noticeably gentle around obstacles like tables and walls and walls, which makes it an excellent option for homes with a lot of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in cleaning dust bunnies. This is a area where many cheaper robot vacuums aren't able to meet. The navigation technology in the Q5+ is fantastic too, with very little misses in corners and on walls.
The Q5+, like other Roborock products can be controlled with a few buttons on the device or through the Roborock App. The app lets you begin and stop cleanings, set schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go zones and adjust your home map or change the labels of rooms.
If you opt for the Q5+ model, it comes with a new auto-emptying dock that's designed to make the robot easier to maintain. It requires a screwdriver to install, but once in place, emptying the bin is easy. It features a large LCD screen, which is useful for setting up schedules or altering settings. This isn't a necessary feature for the majority of people however it will help you keep the track of the maintenance intervals for your robot easily.
3. Narwal Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly smart in both its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design is among the best in the industry however it's quite expensive.
Its base station looks good and hides it when not in use, and its dimensions are quite small. The primary selling point of the station is the fact that it automates a variety of tasks, functions, and chores that other robots leave to you. It can store dirty and clean water and electrolyze and heat the water. The majority of other robots require you to do this.
Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive and efficient, too. It's the only robovacs that I've tested that does a really good job of cleaning up debris from plain floors, and is not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.
The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly in the area of navigation. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs, meaning it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of your home. It's also unable to climb stairs like other competitors and doesn't come with a dock to create a clean zone for plush carpets.
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great choice for those who need an automated vacuum that can do everything.

eufy is an Anker company that has an established track record of making robot vacuums that offer the perfect combination of features, performance, and price.
