How to Replace a Saab 93 Key Fob
Every car must be equipped with a key fob and the ability to lock and unlock your vehicle. The batteries inside these devices have a life span, and they can go bad.

Replacement Keys

Some independent garages are able do this, but the procedure is more complex and they have to reprogramme the EEPROM in your car's current computer in order for it accept the new key.

Saab owners whose last key was lost or stolen will require replacement as soon as they can.
