Contains Spoiler Understand that this film is successful in what it wants it to be: A No Brainer. Films like the Terminators, Rambos,The Rocks etc.. try in someways to have a storyline but ultimately we all watch it for the action and guns. But 2 Fast 2 Furious knows that it cannot have a storyline and instead it becomes a parody of the "No Brainer."

Watch this film light heartedly and then you'll understand. We all laughed at the scene near the end after Brian and co captures all the money from the trailer park. They hear police sirens and helicopters and after like five minutes of hardcore problem solving, Brian comes out with the line ".........Cops!" CLASSIC! Or the pool party scene where Suki is chillin and designing her next car. At this point, you are expecting some amazing mad ass schematic drawing but instead its some drawing my kid sister could draw better.....blind-folded. And then our man Brian comes wit yet another classic line "Yeah, heres Suki, she designs cars, She's the best." The list of one liners is endless and pretty much sums up the whole film.

This is the Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure of our generation. The film is crap no doubt about it. But it is so crap that its actually quite good. The first is still recieving serious rotation in my dvd player (Vin Diesel's "emotional Garage scene" IS officially the most cringe worthy I have ever seen).
I saw this movie last night and i gotta say it is better than the first and it's probly one of the best movies ever made! if u got the time go see it in the theatre DO IT! dont wait 'til it's too late and u have to wait for it to come out on video! trust me if u like those kinds of movies its worth the $8.25 er whatever it is in ur area!
A movie with a confident sense of its own worthlessness, it speeds by in a flurry of candy-coloured cars, bare midriffs, screaming engines and a pulsing rap soundtrack.
After leaving LAPD after allowing gang leader Dom Toretto to evade arrest, Brian O'Conner has quit the LAPD and made his way from Los Angeles, California to Miami, Florida, participating in (and winning) street races along the way with his gray and blue Nissan Skyline GT-R. Unfortunately, Brian is apprehended by U.S. Customs agents during a street race in Miami and given a deal by Agent Markham and FBI Agent Bilkins, who offers to expunge Brian's criminal record in exchange for him going undercover again in order to bring down drug importer Carter Verone (Cole Hauser). Brian agrees but only if he can be partnered up with old friend Roman "Rome" Pearce (Tyrese Gibson). With the help of U.S. Customs undercover agent Monica Fuentes (Eva Mendes) and friend Tej Parker (Ludacris), Brian and Roman are charged with transporting a shipment of dirty money from Miami down to the Keys. 2 Fast 2 Furious was filmed from a screenplay written by American screenwriters Michael Brandt and Derek Haas, using characters created by Gary Scott Thompson in The Fast and the Furious (2001) (2001), the first movie in the series. 2 Fast 2 Furious was followed by The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) (2006), Fast & Furious (2009) (2009), Fast Five (2011) (2011), Furious 6 (2013) (2013), Furious Seven (2015) (2015), and The Fate of the Furious (2017) (2017). Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) and FBI Agent Bilkins (Thom Barry) are the only two to return to this sequel. Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) does not return, but he is referred to indirectly in statements such as "He flipped on Bilkins in L.A. Gave his mark his car keys and let him disappear", and the questions that Rome asks, like "You let your man go, huh?" and "Is that why you let that dude go in L.A.?" It's not essential, but there are references to people and events from the first movie. The first movie also explains the relationship between Brian and Bilkins and details how and why Brian had his badge taken away. Not having this background knowledge doesn't interfere with the ability to understand 2 Fast 2 Furious, but it might compromise continuity. After switching their yellow Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII and purple Mitsubishi Eclipse 2^ Spyder for their blue 1969 Chevrolet Yenko Camaro and red 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T HEMI while inside the warehouse and eluding the police, Brian and Roman head for the airway, ejecting Roberto (Roberto 'Sanz' Sanchez) along the way. Enrique (Mo Gallini) tells Brian to get off at Tarpon Point, which comes as a surprise because Brian was told that they would be heading for Verone's private airplane at an airstrip and that the police and Customs agents would be waiting to pick up Verone and Monica. Brian alerts Roman to the change in plans and heads for Tarpon Point alone with Enrique where they are met by Verone and his yacht. Verone realizes that the only person he told about the airstrip was Monica and has her taken prisoner on the boat. After transferring the three bags of money from Brian's car, the yacht takes off, leaving Enrique to kill Brian. Just then, Roman arrives. Together, they overpower Enrique and, using Brian's Yenko, they chase the boat at speeds of 120 miles per hour, eventually taking a giant leap off the dock and landing on top of the boat deck. The collision breaks Roman's arm and stuns Brian. As Verone approaches them with his shotgun, however, Brian is able to shoot him in the shoulder. While Monica holds Verone at bay with his own shotgun, they return the boat to the dock where they are met by the police and by Agent Bilkins. Roman hands over the three bags of money that were in his car, Bilkins gives them a sedan to replace their demolished cars, and they sadly say goodbye to Monica. As they head toward the sedan, Brian suggests that they stay in Miami and open a garage together with all the money they have secretly stuffed under their belts. In order to get a 12A classification for its theatrical release, approximately 10 seconds had to be cut out off the movie. a5c7b9f00b
