2. Eastern Roman Empire
Bogdan Georgievich LisitsaThe Eastern Roman Empire corresponds to the State of Judah and Benjamin in the Old Testament. Judah is Byzantium, and Benjamin is the kingdom of Bulgaria. The descendants of Jesus Christ failed to conquer the Eastern Roman Empire, Byzantium. The Eastern Roman Empire was further ruled by the same random people who previously ruled the Western Roman Empire. These people were not descendants of Jesus Christ, and did not have a divine right to rule. The Christian Church of the Eastern Roman Empire rejected the Son of Jesus Christ (His descendants) and recognized the enemies of Jesus Christ as their rulers, "prayed for power and the army." The church has departed from God.
Christians living in the territory of the Roman Empire should have treated the Roman Empire as an enemy who killed their Lord, but this was not so. The apostle Paul seized power in the church and led the church down a path that was the worst possible. In fact, he openly announced this when he took on the new name Paul, which means "little one." Accordingly, the church under his leadership achieved little results.
The result of the leadership of Paul and his followers was that when Christianity was legalized and the church emerged from the catacombs, it became a beast coming out of the earth. The church fell in love with the Roman emperors, who were enemies of Jesus Christ and His descendants. The Church began to serve them and pray for them, to strengthen their power, to force everyone to recognize the power of the Roman emperors.
If the church had followed not the Apostle Paul, but Mary Magdalene, it would have achieved great results.
First, the church was supposed to ignore the authority of the Roman emperor.
Second, Jesus broke Roman law when he broke the seal on the tomb at the time of the resurrection. Now it was demonstrated that Rome was not a state, but a gang of bandits, and only now could Peter and all the followers of Jesus begin to fight with the sword. Jesus demonstrated that it is now possible and necessary to break the Roman law, as long as it does not contradict the Law of God. Inside the Roman Empire, only the Bagauds fought against the Roman state, and all the other followers of the Apostle Paul loved the enemies of Christ and His descendants. Only the followers of Mary Magdalene fought against Rome, and it was they who destroyed the Roman Empire and established Christian civilization.
Thirdly, Christians had to sabotage all the undertakings of the Roman authorities. But they did the opposite - they did everything, and more than that - they began to pray for the Roman authorities and their army.
Ultimately, on December 25, 800, the papacy restored the Roman Empire by proclaiming Charlemagne as Roman emperor. Before that, the conspirators, the papacy in alliance with the Carolingians, overthrew the Merovingians, the descendants of Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene. Jesus destroyed the enemy of mankind – the Roman Empire, and the papacy resurrected him.
God planned to create a new State of God's People on the site of the Roman Empire, but since Byzantium did not become a new Judea, this was not a complete analogy. Byzantium survived as a pagan state, there was no place for the new Christian king David. Constantinople did not become the new Jerusalem on a new level. Therefore, God decided to eliminate Byzantium and create a new state that would correspond to the Ancient Kingdom of Judea, in another territory, namely in Kievan Rus.

Ephesian church
1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
(Revelation 2:1-7)
The Ephesian Church is the Greek Orthodox Church, the church of the Byzantine Empire. This church was the locomotive of all Christianity in the first centuries, worked hard for God, greatly expanded the geography of the spread of Christianity in the Roman Empire. The emperors of Rome often organized mass persecution of Christians, but this did not break the church.
Until 313, Christianity was underground. The Roman state persecuted and massacred Christians. Therefore, they gathered and held their services underground, in the catacombs. Two organizations existed separately, Christianity and the Roman State. They had different structures that never overlapped. The Roman state was foreign and hostile to Christians. Christianity was waiting for its king - Christ / His Son.
313 - the beast came out of the ground to the surface.
The beast from the earth is one of the main characters of the end times, described in the book of Revelation.
11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
(Revelation 13:11-18)
In 313, the Roman emperor Constantine began to elevate Christianity to the rank of state religion. Christians came out of the catacombs to the surface. Christianity came out of the ground and at the moment of exit it turned into a beast. Christianity stopped expecting its king, Christ, and recognized the Roman emperor as its king. This Christianity has turned into a Babylonian harlot who serves the interests of earthly kings.
In the date 313 there are two numbers 13, in the usual and reverse reading. 313 is the year of a double new beginning:
1. Christianity came out of the ground.
2. Christianity has become a beast.
In 313 the Ephesian church abandoned its first love, the love of Christ. Since 313, this church has loved the Roman emperor, the enemy of Christ. The Roman emperor and his legions were enemies of God and Christ. Since 313, the Ephesian church began to pray "for its power and its army", i.e. for the power of the Roman emperor and for the Roman legions.
Every year at Passover in Jerusalem, the high priest brings fire down from heaven. Thus, the prophecy is fulfilled that the beast from the earth will deceive people with the help of this miracle.
Several groups of Christians remained in the Ephesian church who did not become part of the beast from the earth:
1. Those who did not recognize the Roman authorities were not loyal to them.
2. Monks who left the world for desert places.
3. Various groups of heretics.
True Christians were in the minority. The vast majority of Christians were part of the beast of the earth, the harlot of Babylon.
The Church was not to rejoice in any gifts or promises of the Roman emperors. The Church was to ignore any goodwill gestures from the Roman emperors. Even if the Roman authorities did some good deeds for the Church, Christians were to treat them neither well nor badly. On the part of the Church, there should have been a complete disregard for the Roman state. The church was not supposed to show loyalty to the Roman state.
In 1453 the Ottomans conquered Constantinople. An event took place, about which Christ spoke: “... I will move your lamp from its place ...” After the fall of the Byzantine Empire, the Greeks fell into slavery. For a long time they were under political and economic oppression. The Turks contemptuously called the herd of the Greeks and other enslaved peoples. The authorities introduced as many taxes as possible. The Turks introduced obligatory uniforms and colors of clothing and houses for the Greeks and other enslaved peoples. The abuses of local authorities in Greece were enormous, and the central government did not interfere with this in any way.
