This exhibition is a fusion of a range of practitioners that are working to create new spaces for culture out of the incredibly tight restrictions of the modern urban environment. Included are Studio Wasabi (Rafael Balboa with Yasemin Sahiner, Architects, Tokyo); Atelier Bow-Wow (Timothy MacDonald & Jodie Gibson, Architects, Sydney); Taishin Shiozaki Laboratory (Tohru Horiguchi & Yoko Onishi, Architects, Osaka) and Tomito Architecture (Tomito Ito & Miho Tominaga, Architects, Yokahama). Super Tight is curated by Graham Crist and John Doyle and created in collaboration with RMIT Design Hub Gallery and Open House Melbourne.
