15-hit explosion powers KIA to 5th straight win over NC Peddie

The Kia Tigers extended their winning streak to five games with a dominating performance by Eric Peddy (NC Dinos), 한국야동 who is considered the best pitcher of the season.
The Tigers pounded out 15 hits in their home game against the NC Dinos of the 2023 KBO League at Kia Champions Field in Gwangju on Aug. 31, winning 13-3.
With the win, fifth-ranked KIA, which has won five straight games, moved to within one game of fourth-place NC.
KIA opened the scoring in the top of the first inning with a two-run double by Choi Hyung-woo.
NC cut the deficit to 3-1 in the top of the third when Jason Martin hit a two-run double with the bases loaded after three walks.
However, KIA responded in the bottom of the inning with a flurry of hits.
After Park Chan-ho led off the inning with a walk and stole second, Kim Do-young followed with a single to right-center.
In the next at-bat, Choi Hyung-woo, Socrates Brito, Kim Sun-bin, Kim Tae-gun, and Byun Woo-hyuk combined for five consecutive hits to score three runs and make it 5-3.
Two batters later, Park Chan-ho hit a two-run double to extend the lead to 7-3.
In the bottom of the fourth, Na Sung-bum hit a solo home run, and KIA added two more runs in the sixth, 성인웹툰 including a two-run double by Na to make it 10-3.
In the bottom of the eighth, they added three more runs on an opponent's error.
KIA starter Thomas Pannoni gave up three runs on three hits and three walks in five innings, but was helped by the batting order.
NC's Peddie took the loss with a terrible outing, 19가이드03 allowing seven runs on eight hits and three walks in three innings.
