A teenager with a 30J bust has undergone a breast reduction op at just 15 years old.
Abbey Thomas, from Ashford, Kent, was fed up of being stared at by onlookers in the street because of her large 30J chest.
From a young age the medical student had battled against inappropriate comments from men twice her age - and she even tried to hide her chest under oversized jumpers.
Abbey struggled to find bras to fit and was often forced to wear ones that were too small, causing her severe back pain.
But despite originally being denied surgery because of her age, Abbey finally went under the knife and 1.5kg of breast tissue was removed.
Now a D cup, Abbey admits the surgery changed her life for the better and wants to help other young women struggling with their insecurities.
Abbey, now 20, said: "I was terrified when aged just 14 I was walking down the street and a group of guys shouted, 'Look at the jugs on that'.

"All I wanted to do was cry and run away and this wasn't the only incident, there was plenty more comments which led me to hide my body under baggy t-shirts.
"It all happened so quickly, one day I was flat chested and the next I had bigger boobs than all of my friends.
"I got my first bra fitted when I was only 12 but I was already measuring as a DD cup.
"As a teenager I would lock myself in my room and cry as I hated the way the other girls would leer at me because I was different, and I was even accused of flaunting my breasts.
"At school I would avoid PE, I hated getting changed in front of others and I was quite limited in what sports I could actually do.
"If I ran too much my boobs would hit me in the face, it was really embarrassing.
"My breasts kept growing and by the time I turned 15 I was a 30J, I struggled to find bras that were age appropriate as all of the bigger sizes were designed for older women.
"Each bra would cost around £30 and because I was constantly growing I would often have to replace them.
"After the surgery my boobs were reduced from a J cup to a D cup, I knew I had made the right decision and I am so much happier because of it."

Aged just 15, Abbey began suffering with severe back pain and her mum suggested breast reduction surgery.
However she was told by her GP that she was too young for the operation.
Abbey added: "The pain in my back and neck was really uncomfortable, I used to take regular painkillers and I even had physio to help reduce it.
"Girls at school always said how lucky I was to have big boobs but I felt self-conscious and fat despite only being a size 10 in clothes.

"I was limited where I could shop as most places didn't stock a J cup and I was forced to wear an H cup.
"But because I then started to hide my boobs my friends would tell me that they weren't even that big, I felt like they were demeaning my struggles just because I didn't show them off.
"My mum urged me to get a second opinion and so in 2011 I was referred to a specialist who agreed to operate, they could see the physical and emotional strain my breasts were causing."
Abbey's surgeon told her that the operation would leave her permanently scarred and the chances of her being able to breast feed in the future were slim.
But despite feeling nervous, Abbey knew it was something she needed to do and she underwent the operation in February 2012.

Abbey said: "Just before I went into surgery I panicked and thought I might regret it, but my mum pushed me forward as she knew how much pain I was in.
"There is very little emotional support for young women, I didn't realise how anxious I would feel and no one explained how different my breasts would be afterwards.
"But despite this I knew I had made the right decision and I want to encourage others not to be ashamed and to ask for help.

"As a female we know what is best for our own bodies, I knew that for me big wasn't beautiful despite men telling me otherwise.
"I didn't get the breast reduction for anyone other than myself and that's the attitude that I'd like to pass on to my younger siblings and to all the young ladies trying to make it through some very tough teenage years."

Kate Upton's name is synonymous with voluptuousness and sizzling sex appeal
But there was a time when the 22-year-old Sports Illustrated supermodel had a more innocent appearance.
MailOnline has an exclusive look at one of the cover girl's first photo sessions when she was only 15-years-old, long before she became the world's top pinup bikini model.
In a total of eight stunning sets taken by fashion photographer Steven Burton, the Florida native - who was born in Missouri - showed off her modeling skills as she folded her arms, pouted and smiled with enthusiasm.
The photo session took place in March 2008, just after the teen was signed to Elite Model Management.
In one set the leggy looker showed off a fit figure in a shimmering silver mini dress.
Bright neon open-toe yellow heels made a dramatic statement.

She wore no jewelry and overall had a natural appearance befitting a teenager.
With her hair in a loose updo and her makeup kept to a minimum, The Other Woman actress appeared more stripped-down than she has in her more recent shoots for Vanity Fair and Vogue.
Already the 5ft10in catwalker had glowing blonde highlights, but she had not yet evolved into a full-fledged blonde as she had some roots showing.
Another set sees her in a white button-down mini dress with a belt and pockets.
Her legs looked even thinner with opaque black stockings. Black heels elongated her frame.
Though the ensemble was a mish-mash of summer and winter looks, the GQ cover girl pulled it off effortlessly, with her natural charm saving the day as she smiled winningly at the camera.
Another set showed her in a sixties-inspired Bohemian look with a dark beige newsboy hat and a rainbow coloured sweater while low-cut black slacks with a wide white belt added to the hippie look.
In this collection, Upton showed off her thick, dark eyebrows in a closeup. Though they were already groomed to perfection, they appeared heavier to how she wears them today. Her signature mole above her lip could also be seen.
Another black and white outfit - a flirty white skirt over the same black tights but this time with a black tank top - had a juvenile touch.
Kate made good use of a wicker-accented table as she both stood near it and sat on it with her knees curled up.
In a set-up taken outdoors in a wood-fenced backyard, the one-time flame of Maksim Chmerkovskiy put her hands on her hips while wearing a empire waist top with capped sleeves and cut out designs at the bottom.
Black slacks hid most of her figure, but it was apparent she was trimmer than she is these days with a tiny waistline and slender arms.
Kate showed off a more masculine side when she modeled a black pinstriped vest over a white button-down shirt with a black tie.

With her hair parted in the middle and pulled back, she appeared to be more boyish, if that is even possible, and serious.
At one point, however, the Tower Heist actress burst out into a broad smile, bringing life to the monochrome look.
The star has put her success down to her girl-next-door image and curvaceous figure.
'I’m 21 and I love fashion and I feel like a normal girl – at least to a certain extent,' she tells The Talks in a new interview. 'I think that people can relate to me.
'Most of the time the model is retouched and too skinny and other women get depressed by it. But really, that model who is being retouched and is too skinny is depressed as well because she doesn’t look like that photo either!
'It’s not realistic for that model or that woman reading the magazine to think she should look like that.'
Although she now 'loves her body' and is 'confident where I am as a person', the model and actress revealed that was not always the case.
'At first it was terrible! she revealed. 'But then I got inspired by other women being inspired by me. Seeing that other women went through that as well made me stronger.
'I wanted to inspire them by going through it and making it out the other end. Everybody goes through hard times, regardless whether they didn’t get the job that they wanted or if they are being criticized for their body, so I think they can relate to that and people are rooting for me.
'Me being criticized is more on a global level, but it still hurts just as much for any girl if she’s at school being criticized or at work being criticized.'
The star seems extremely aware of her public image and career path, telling the website that: 'I've always had in my mind where I should be at a certain stage.'
For that reason, she has largely stayed away from being artfully photographed in a state of undress in a similar vein as models Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell.
'For me those photos are art,' says Kate. 'Your body is art, your body is beautiful, and to be photographed in that way is amazing and it's received in a very positive way. But with social media and the Internet and not so great blogs and the attention like that, I don't think that my pictures would be received in the way that I'd want them to be received.
'That's why I've stayed away from them. I really appreciate those photos and I think those women are beautiful, but I think social media and the Internet has prevented me from putting myself out there like that.'
On Wednesday Hollywood Life reported the IMG model could be pregnant with her boyfriend Justin Verlander.
The looker has been stepping out in some very baggy outfits lately which have hidden her enviable frame.
On Monday the Elle cover girl looked fuller as she walked in Manhattan with a red print mini dress that had a lot of extra material in the waistline.
The next day she covered up again when she took in the Detroit Tigers vs the New York Yankees in New York City.
Beau Justin threw the ball to her and she erupted in a fit of giggles.
In addition to Maks and Justin, Upton has also been romantically linked to Mark Sanchez, Sean Combs, Sean Faris and Blake Griffin.
