Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and "all-things-digital" solutions, is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, user-centered experiences for innovative medical device software products.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements in the medical device sector
* Translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs
* Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
* Develop and maintain a reusable design system to ensure consistency across medical device software products
* Provide UX solutions and recommendations to enhance usability and the overall user experience
* Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices within the healthcare and medical device domains
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web-based information systems
* Previous experience designing software solutions for the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries
* Strong expertise in user flows, wireframing, mockups, interactive prototyping, and responsive web design
* Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
* Experience creating and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and SASS
* Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
* Ability to effectively work within cross-functional and Agile teams
Nice to Have:
* Experience conducting usability testing and user research
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare compliance requirements
* Understanding of front-end development workflows
* Experience with complex enterprise or data-driven applications
