So this method is based on a fake return.

 

 

What is that?

We buy and receive our item (In good condition) and we ask for a return because whatever fake reason (If it’s a TV or a laptop, the screen is broken, if it’s a graphic card, it doesn’t work, you get it?)

Then, instead sending the original product back, we send an empty box or a box with the same weight.

 

1. Ordering

 

You can get literally anything (Smartphones, laptops, graphic cards, PS4s…) it is the best method in Europe now to get electronics.

No Apple products. For some reason, if Apple products it gets an automatic fraud flagged, and they will really check with the warehouse if they received it at the warehouse or not.

 

 

 

SAFE LIMITS:

 

-Fresh accounts: <800€

 

If it’s possible, don’t create a completely new account.

I mean, if you already have an account without too many refunds from for example Amazon.it or Amazon.es, use this e-mail to order to Amazon.de.

 

The Amazon system is all based in a trust score. So linking you to an existing account on the Amazon’s ecosystem, gets you better chances to a refund.

 

It is possible that after ordering, you receive an e-mail saying‘Your order can’t be shipped’:

 

 

No worries.

It is just to avoid credit card fraud. It’s automated, and they just want to verify that your card is really yours.

Won’t affect the refund in any way.

Just send the bank statement or confirm your billing address as requested and it will get through.

 

 

-Aged accounts: <1500€

 

If you never ordered at Amazon.de you can age your account easily.

 

How? We make little orders before our big one. 

The key is that the evolution of purchasing looks natural.

 

So it should be something like this, a real example of myself:

 

First order 70€ - Second order 220€ - Third order (Our desired product to be refunded) 1400€

 

Anyways, when ordering our desired product, we’d may get asked for the card statement but remember that it doesn’t affects anyways to the refund process.

 

 

2. Fake returning

 

So after receiving our desired item, it is time to start our refund process.

 

We’ll open a return request like we would do normally.

We go to our orders – the exact order we want to refund and click on return.

We enter our excuse - click on continue, select refund to my card - I will ship this order myself.

And we'll get a Amazon's label. We don't need to print and paste it on the package. 

 

Now it’s time to start with the fake return.

 

 

We’ll simply get the original brown cartoon box of Amazon in which we received our item, we’ll just remove all the labels and seal it with tap or put something of the same weight inside.

AVOID dry ice or any stupid thing you could have read anywhere.

 

 

Putting dry ice or something like this, there is a huge chance that your package will be stopped and investigated, you can’t ship those items without proper labeling and permission.

That’s completely up to you. Won’t affect the refund anyway because the representatives that will refund our money can’t see the weight.

 

And we’ll send it ('return' it) using UPS or DHL to the Amazon’s warehouse in Germany. The address is:

¿Why those companies? Because with both, the Amazon’s Indian representative that will process our refund, can see the destination city just with the tracking number that we will provide them.

And they will process the refund. Simply as that.

Do not worry about the shipping fees you pay. Because Amazon will cover it.

 

After printing and pasting it on the box, drop it on your nearest drop-off point (You can find them on their respective websites) or give it to the driver depending of the option you selected when buying the label.

 

2-3 days later after we have shipped our box, we’ll contact Amazon.de support via phone or chat, as you prefer. And they will pay the shipping fees back to you.

 

The important is to have our Amazon account in English, so we get to the Indian representatives that now and later will process our refunds.

Then we go to contact the Customer Service here: https://www.amazon.d...g-customer.html

 

And select our order – reason for contacting damaged item – and chat or call. As you prefer:

They will ask you to send the invoice of the courier to impressum@amazon.de

And instantly, while you’re connected to the chat/call, they will refund the shipping costs you paid to the credit card we used to pay the order.

 

 

3. Waiting and product refund claiming

 

So it’s time to get all of our money back.

 

We’ll keep and eye on the tracking, and 14 days* after we can see that it has been delivered, it’s time to ask for our refund.

*Keep this number natural, like everything in a refund. Doesn’t have to be exactly 14 but can be more. Make it 15 or 17 days.

Remember to have the language settings in in English.

 

We go again to contact the Customer Service:

And we’ll say:

Then, the Indian representative will ask you for the tracking number. Or you can give it directly, it should go natural in the conversation.

 

Make sure you give the courier's tracking, not the shipping comparator's tracker.

UPS tracking should be 1ZXXXXXXXXXXXX

And DHL tracking 8 or 9 numbers.

 

He/she will see that the package has been delivered and… voila!
