It is actually quite simple to create and develop Telegram channel. There are several actions allowing you to succeed: quickly gain subscribers, pay back the investment in 1-2 months, and then sell ads and take profits for years.

1) Choose the profitable channel subject:

- Check CPM and your budget (do not create cryptocurrency related Channel with a budget of $100)
- Pack the channel to be head and shoulders above competitors
Your task is to create a powerfully packaged channel in a topic with advertising being sold for a good price tag.
2) Make a content plan and create posts:
- Create your own format of beautiful articles
- Make sure you have about 40 content sources
- Make a content plan to get rid of the question: What to post in the upcoming week?
- Get pictures not from Google, but from dedicated websites
- Start publishing beautiful posts that will outshine current (if any) and potential competitors
The purpose of this stage is to answer the question: Where to get the content from and how to make beautiful posts.
3) Attract subscribers:
- Gain the first subs so that later you don’t advertise a zero channel that no one subscribes to
- Find 20 channels with no cheats and bots to buy ads from with confidence
- Filter them by 10 criteria to not overpay for ad and not buy from scammers
- Create 2 ad posts to promote your channel
As a result – you get the first free, and later on active and live subscribers at a price of around 10-15 cents
4) Sell ads and get the first profit:
- It is necessary to set an adequate price tag for ads: either not too expensive and not cheap
- Join several chats with other admins to buy/sell ads
- Create your own beautiful price list, which you are not ashamed to show to strangers
The goal of this stage is to get the first ad sales and profit.
5) Further Channel management and your own Channel Network creation:
- Realize when you are ready to create the 2nd, 3rd and 10th channel of your network
- How and what processes can be automated and delegated
- Reduce the time spent working on the channel(s). Correctly allocate the revenue: how much to reinvest, how much to take, etc.
