After the battery has been removed, insert the new one into its socket. Make sure that the positive end of the battery is facing up and that all clips are in place. Then slide the cover back down and towards the key-ring loop section until it loosens and then slides off. Then, remove the cover to reveal the mechanical key blade inside.
