In our tests the j7+ performed quick to remove dust, dirt and pet hair. The counter-rotating rubber brush roll kept the debris in one spot rather than sending it scattering across the floor. It also features an impressive LCD display that is great to have when you're creating schedules or changing settings. This isn't a necessity for the majority of people but it can assist you in keeping the track of your robot's maintenance intervals with ease.
3. Narwal Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly smart in both its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design is among the top in the market, but it's expensive.
The base station looks nice and is easily hidden when not in use, and the size is relatively compact. The primary selling point of the station is the fact that it automates a variety of tasks, functions, and chores that other robots leave to you. It can store clean and dirty water, it electrolyzes and heats the water (which the majority of other robots require you to do), empties the dustbin after vacuuming, and keeps your robot fully charged and clean.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly in the area of navigation. You can also connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to conduct cleaning without a schedule using voice commands.
The primary feature that sets the G30 above the rest is the method it cleans. It uses an integrated map to create an image of the unmovable objects in its path. It remembers the items it has cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. It then returns to the base to recharge and continues cleaning where it left off.
The sleek G30 isn't without its faults however. The iRobot Roomba is better built and has lower recurring costs. It charges faster, has the same battery life and is more effective on bare flooring or carpet with a low pile. It also has a larger dust bin that doesn't need to be empty as often and comes with the boundaries that restrict it from certain areas. The G30 is cheaper and easier to maintain. Its smaller dust canister doesn't need emptying as often and it has less trouble with bulky material such as cereal.
