Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with another item of the same type however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any money wasted won't get compensated.
Survivors can obtain reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item such as increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll their equipment into three aspects that include physical power, magical power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power upgrade mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available such as upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To make them, you'll need a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This helps to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they're opened, they display a full description and the icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free and will not affect the item's longevity. The system is an excellent option for players who want to get an edge in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. Additionally players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item to a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. However, there are many ways to acquire these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. item upgrader is achieved by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that particular area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item at the same time. Upgrade components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools in order to provide an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them extra effects or an increased quality of the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will add an item in your inventory after you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are towards getting the upgrade completed. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
