It just takes some patience when you are feeding the harness straps into the slits in the padded seat liner. The back of the seat is a medium-sized storage pouch but it's not enough to hold a changing bag.
The Out 'n' About Nipper Sport V4 is suitable for use starting at the time of birth. However, it's advised to wait until the child is six months old before using it to run. The harness isn't strong enough to allow a newborn to be held comfortably, so you'll require an additional carrycot.
