We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and knowledgeable Instructor & Coursework Creator to develop engaging learning materials and deliver high-quality instruction. This role combines curriculum design, content creation, and teaching responsibilities to ensure students receive a comprehensive and effective learning experience.
The ideal candidate has experience designing educational programs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating learning in virtual environments. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education are essential.
Requirements
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training & Development, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
* Experience creating online courses, educational content, or training programs.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
* Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience developing self-paced e-learning courses.
* Knowledge of multimedia content creation tools.
* Familiarity with assessment design and learning analytics.
* Experience working with international or remote learners.
* Certifications in instructional design, training, education, or related fields are a plus
