چاپ دیجیتال کتاب چگونه صورت می گیرد؟

مولفان، مترجمان و نویسندگان تازه کار برای چاپ اولین کتاب خود سوالات زیادی در ذهن دارند. که برای این سوالات پاسخ نادرست پیدا کرده‌اند! یا حتی پاسخی برای این سوالات نیافته‌اند. ما قصد داریم صفر تا صد مراحل چاپ کتاب را به شما آموزش دهیم.

مراحل چاپ دیجیتال کتاب

گام اول: نویسنده یا مترجم، محتوایی را گردآوری و یا خلق می‌کند.

گام دوم: تایپ و حروف چینی نوشته‌ها دومین مرحله است.

گام سوم: متن توسط یک یا گروهی از ویراستاران، ویرایش و بازخوانی می‌شود.

گام چهارم: با برنامه‌هایی مانند Adobe indesign متن را صفحه‌آرایی می‌کنند.

گام پنجم: در مرحله چهارم، خانه کتاب مسئول کد سیزده رقمی بین‎المللی (شابک) را ثبت می‌کند. در این قسمت تمام مشخصات کتاب ذکر می‌شود.

گام ششم: در این مرحله کتاب برای اخذ فیپا (شناسنامه کتاب) به کتابخانه ملی ارسال می‌شود.

گام هفتم: نهایتا کتاب توسط کتابخانه ملی بررسی و اطلاعات کامل آن به وزارت ارشاد اسلامی ارسال می‌شود و این وزارت خانه مجوزی را برای چاپ کتاب صادر می‌کند.

گام نهایی: ناشر کتاب را برای لیتوگرافی، چاپ و صحافی به چاپخانه ارسال می‌کند.

انجام 8 مرحله بالا چقدر زمان می‌برد؟

زمان تکمیل چاپ دیجیتال کتاب از فاکتورهای زیادی تاثیر می‌گیرد. اما مهم‌ترین فاکتور، اداره‌ها و مراکزی است که کتاب را بررسی می‌کنند. اگر این مراحل به سرعت طی شود و ناشر مربوطه، منظم کار کند، کتاب در زمان بین 1 الی 4 ماه مراحل چاپ را طی می‌کند.

آیا برای چاپ دیجیتال کتاب ارائه مدارک خاصی لازم است؟

همه می‌توانند کتاب بنویسید و آن را به چاپ برسانند. هیچ محدودیتی در این مورد وجود ندارد. اما در برخی کتاب‌ها نویسنده یا مترجم با عناوینی مثل دکتر و ... معرفی می‌شوند. در این صورت ارسال مدارکی جهت احراز هویت و اثبات آن به مرکز انتشارات ضرورت دارد.

آیا برای ترجمه کتاب باید از نویسنده خارجی اجازه بگیریم؟

اگر فردی هستید که به حق کپی رایت احترام می‌گذارید، بهتر است با نویسنده کتاب مکاتبه کنید و با پرداخت مقداری پول از نویسنده بالقوه اجازه ترجمه بگیرید. حتی می‌توانید از او یادداشتی دریافت کرده و آن را در صفحه اول کتاب چاپ کنید.

اما اگر ترجیح می‌دهید کتاب را بدون اجازه نویسنده چاپ کنید. چون ایران عضو کنوانسیون جهانی حق کپی رایت نیست، برای چاپ دیجیتال کتاب‌های ترجمه شده هیچ مانعی وجود ندارد. و شما بدون اجازه گرفتن از نویسنده می‌توانید آن را به چاپ برسانید.

انواع قرارداد برای چاپ دیجیتال کتاب

حق تالیف: یکی از قراردادهایی که با نویسنده‌ها یا مترجم‌های معروف می‌بندند، قرارداد حق تالیف است. در این قراردادی که منعقد می‌شود. سرمایه گذار یا ناشر متعهد می‌شود که درصدی از سود فروش کتاب را (که معمولا درصد آن در قرارداد ذکر می‌شود) به نویسنده پرداخت کند.

مشارکت در چاپ: قطعا چاپ هر کتابی برای ناشر هزینه دارد. بسیاری از کتاب‌هایی که چاپ می‌شوند فروش خیلی کمی دارند و اگر مؤلف یا نویسنده در هزینه‌های چاپ آن مشارکت نکنند، ناشر، چاپ آن را نمی‌پذیرد. بر طبق قرارداد مشارکت در چاپ، هزینه‌های چاپ کتاب بین نویسنده، سرمایه گذار یا ناشر تقسیم می‌شود.

فروش اثر: در این نوع قرارداد، نویسنده یا صاحب اثر تمامی حقوق مادی و معنوی اثر را به ناشر یا سرمایه گذار واگذار می‌کند. طبق این قرارداد اثر را در ازای دریافت مبلغی (که در قرارداد ذکر می‌شود) به طرف قرارداد می‌فروشد. معمولا به کمک این قرارداد، نویسنده‌ها و مترجمان می‌توانند برای ناشران و سرمایه گذاران کار سفارشی انجام دهند.

سرمایه گذاری مولف: گاهی مولف کتاب تصمیم می‌گیرد از تمام مزایای چاپ کتاب بهره‌مند باشد. او در این قرارداد تمامی هزینه‌های چاپ کتاب را به عهده می‌گیرد.

روش های چاپ کتاب کدامند؟

برای چاپ کتاب 2 روش مرسوم وجود دارد. که هر کدام از این روش‌ها مزایا و معایب خودش را دارد. اگر فاکتور کیفیت را کنار بگذاریم. هزینه چاپ، دومین و مهم‌ترین فاکتوری است که در چاپ دیجیتال کتاب تاثیر گذار است.

● چاپ افست کتاب: اگر می‌خواهید از کتاب خود بیش از 1000 نسخه چاپ کنید. چاپ افست از نظر هزینه بسیار مناسب است. گفتنی است این روش برای چاپ تعداد محدود کتاب اصلا پیشنهاد نمی‌شود. چون چاپ افست هزینه اولیه دارد. زمانی که شما هزینه اولیه را برای آماده‌ سازی چاپ خرج کنید، چاپ زیر 1000 نسخه صرفه اقتصادی ندارد.

● چاپ دیجیتال کتاب: جدیدترین روش چاپ، چاپ دیجیتال است. در این روش دستگاه‌های پیشرفته مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. بسیاری از این دستگاه‌ها کار نهایی را باکیفیت ارائه می‌کنند. برای آماده سازی چاپ هزینه اولیه نیاز نیست. از این رو، برای چاپ تعداد محدود معمولا زیر 200 نسخه بسیار مناسب است. به عبارتی دیگر درست است که در مجموع هر نسخه با هزینه بالاتر آماده می‌شود، اما هزینه اولیه ندارد.

مرور مجدد مراحل چاپ کتاب با روش چاپ دیجیتال کتاب:

1. آماده کردن محتوای کتاب
2. ارسال محتوای کتاب جهت بررسی، ارسال صورت حساب و عقد قرارداد به صورت حضوری یا از راه دور
3. طی شدن مراحل مربوط به دریافت کد بین المللی(شابک)، فیپا و اخذ مجوز وزارت ارشاد که معمولا توسط انتشارات انجام می‌گیرد.
4. صدور مجوز از طرف وزارت ارشاد اسلامی
5. آماده کردن جلد کتاب؛ که طرح جلد می‌تواند با سلیقه نویسنده طراحی شده و به انتشارات ارسال شود. البته انتشارات هم امکانات و شرایط طراحی جلد کتاب را دارد.
6. نهایتا انتشارات کتاب را چاپ و به نویسنده تحویل می‌دهد.
