Threshold Delivery (Inside Entryway) includes delivery to the first available area in your home, such as the entryway, garage or backyard. Assembly is not included. Most items arrive within 7-10 days of the shipment date. When the shipment arrives in your local area, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific day and 4-hour window for delivery. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Select oversized or heavy items automatically receive Threshold Delivery. Threshold Delivery is denoted by the symbol.
