The upholstery was well done, and the delivery men were very accommodating. It was a difficult job to remove the large piece of furniture from the basement. They had to work extra hard for no extra charge.
There was some miscommunication about the cost of the repair. Initially, before seeing the damage, the cost was estimated between $400-500 over the phone. After seeing the damage, a cost of $350 was quoted over the phone (by Tad, I believe). However, when the furniture was delivered, I was asked to pay $450. In the end, I paid $400. So perhaps in the future the communication about the cost needs to be put in writing (by e-mail). Overall, I am very happy though with the workmanship and the timeliness of the job done.
