Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any damage that may have occurred to your item while in transit. If there is visible damage to the box, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at 1-866-604-6755. Also, please retain all packaging until you have fully inspected your products. If you have any concerns with your purchase, we will do our best to address them for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges to and from our warehouse will not be refunded on a return. Product must be returned in the original packaging. After 14 days, we will replace your merchandise against manufacturer's defect for up to one year. Our furniture comes with a one year warranty on manufacturing defects. If you've already placed an order and would like an estimated shipping date, please contact us. ~ Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or heat; fading or discoloration may occur ~ Vacuum furniture regularly to remove dust and dirt ~ Spot clean when necessary as soon as a spill occurs How to Spot Clean: Gently blot the stain with a clean white cloth. Lather a clean white cloth (or clean soft brush) using bit of a mild soap and water solution and gently wipe the area using short circular motions on the spill. Once the spill has been removed, blot the area again with a rung out damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Blot with a fresh dry cloth and allow to dry. For tougher stains or overall soiled condition, please consult a professional upholstery cleaner.

No, our gliders do not have the option of locking. However, our grano glider recliner will not glide once the chair is reclined. We do not offer COM. We can, however, manufacture the lumbar pillow that comes with the chair in your own supplied fabric. Please inquire about details. No, we do not recommend treating our fabrics with any stain protectors or treatment products. All our products are made in our Toronto, Canada factory, except for the stand that holds our ninna nanna bassinet, which is currently made in Asia.
