Given the diverse and harsh road conditions that Mr. Chuiwould face, we worked for ten straight days on dusty country roads toconduct road test after road test. The Observatory offers amazing 360-degree views and it is a must-see place for all who visit Taipei. It spreads over four floors, starting with Taipei 101 Mall situated on the 5th floor, where you take a high-speed elevator to the observatory. By the way, it takes only 37 seconds to get from the 5th floor to the 89th floor!
