The Participation Fee is $9.50 per consignor number.
Once you have entered 150 items in your batch, you will need to sign up for a second consignor number and start a new batch under this new consignor number for any remaining items. This is different than last season when you could start a new batch. With a new Consignor Number, your 9.50 participation fee will automatically be deducted and no additional consignor fees will need to be paid at check in.There are no limits on specific items for this sale!We ask that you bring your best, high quality items - the same quality you would expect to find when you are shopping.New to our event: Sell your High-end/Designer Women's Athletic Wear We are excited to offer a ladies boutique section of high-end athletic wear for mommy. Consignors may enter gently used active wear that is current and in excellent condition. Acceptable brands include and are limited to Lululemon, Athleta, Zella and Lucy. To Do:1) Join our Facebook page and mailing list. You will be kept up to date on important announcements, deadlines and contests. Don't worry, we keep our emails limited and never share your addresses with others.2) Start cleaning out your closets!Create a “Spring/Summer Consignment” tub with your children's BEST Spring/Summer clothing that they no longer wear. Don't forget warm weather clothing, such as tanks, short-sleeve shirts, shorts, swimsuits, summer dresses, pajamas, and play clothes in like-new condition. We will also be accepting pants and lightweight long-sleeve shirts and jackets that are appropriate for Spring wear. Shoppers love to buy high quality name brand and boutique items for less at our events. Nursery furniture, changing tables, gliders/rockers, bunk beds, and other children's furniture are among our most popular items.
We also sell 95% of baby equipment and toys such as Jumparoos, high chairs, car seats, strollers, Bumbos, pack n plays, play kitchens, tool benches, and outdoor playsets!3) Become a ConsignorStart preparing your items for entry into our online system. Be sure to check out Merchandise Preparation for guidelines. Did you know that you can enter your items on your smart phone using the voice entry option? Go to our website on your phone, log in with your consignor id and on the item entry page you can choose voice entry. It's easy and fun to use!We have an excellent VIP option for parents who have high-quality and boutique items, but do not have time to prepare them to sell. We will come pick your items up from your home and hang, tag, price and deliver your items to the sale for you! You still receive 40%, instead of 70%, get to shop before we open to the public, and we do all the work!!! 4) Become a Volunteer Volunteering is a fun way to earn the ability to be among the first shoppers, get out of the house, and have fun with other moms.
The more hours you volunteer to work during or before the event, the earlier you get to shop at the Private Pre-Sale Event! 5) Market your business with us! We love partnering with local, family-friendly businesses. This is a great way to get your information directly to families in Central Arkansas.6) Donate your itemsAt Rhea Lana's one of the things we love to do is give items at the end of our sale to several wonderful non-profit organizations in Central Arkansas. We have made contributions to several wonderful organizations that reach out to those in need in our community, including local elementary schools, community churches, Life Choices - a crisis pregnancy center in Conway, foster families, Baptist Hospital Community Outreach, Soul Food Cafe and The Ministry Center in Conway. Consider donating your items at the end of the sale and these organizations will give them to children and families in need.
