One sided mattresses are not meant to be flipped, as they are built from the ground up in a certain way that is not symmetrical. Although this style of mattress is becoming the standard, many still prefer the freedom of the double sided mattress which can be flipped to provide a fresh surface. Many are used to this style from their old or current mattress, and won't like not being able to do that with a one sided mattress. Few companies still manufacture double sided mattresses, but we carry a good selection from the companies that do, and offer them at the best prices available anywhere.

If you are the type who has yet to buy into the memory foam craze, and the type who prefers the old design of double sided innerspring mattresses, check out our offerings and the compatible box springs and bed frames to go with them.Help Sleep Train Support Foster Kids Sleep Train is your ticket to a better night's sleep®Your new Kingsdown® mattress is closer than you think.Find the Kingsdown mattress that fits you best.Find your nearest Kingsdown retailers:Zip Code Distance 10 miles30 miles60 milesbedMATCH only What is bedMATCH™?bedMATCH is a patented diagnostic system that matches you with the mattress best suited for your body type and sleeping position.< 1 2 3 > 8 posts, read 6,695 times 398 posts, read 604,144 times Originally Posted by beninfl Goodwill here in Ohio where I currently am is Wal-Mart prices. That's like $0.10/item of clothing! A queen sized bed with frame and box spring for $40. In contrast, in North Carolina where I lived before the Goodwill store there was FANTASTIC! Seems pricing is certainly regional..... .....which is why I made this thread to find out the skinny on the stores in Manatee/Sarasota. I didnt thrift store shop until I left the Florida, so I didnt have any idea what was good and what was bad here yet. Thanks to everyone who has posted too, and thanks to everyone who still has yet to post that will! "Goodwill here in Ohio where I currently am is Wal-Mart prices. Quite frankly providing clothing and goods at reasonable prices is a great enough service for those without the income to buy new items all the time, but they do much more than just that. Goodwill Industries - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia There's a lot of information there. They are 501(c)(3) and a non profit. However, they have received criticism for paying executives million dollar figures. But then again, so does the Red Cross. Non profits have to have quality executives otherwise those executives will work elsewhere for better money. Its a double edged sword. I'm not trying to defend or criticize Goodwill at all, just talking facts.

After having been back in town for just over a month, here's my review: 1.) Goodwill in Bradenton by the DeSoto Mall: Lots of furniture, hit or miss. Smaller store, but still worth going to. 2.) Goodwill on 17th St Sarasota: Gigantic amount of furniture and electronics. Busiest Goodwill I've ever been to. Go every day and everything is cycled out there. Always a great stop. 3.) Goodwill on US-41N by SRQ Airport: HUGE store. Hangers 10pk for $0.59! Lots of electronic/kitchen items. 4.) Salvation Army store by US-301 & MLK area: More furniture than clothes! Half off furniture sales every week. The quality of the merchandise is so-so, though, so wont be back often. 5.) Habitat Re-Store (Across street from SalvArmy in #4) - EXPENSIVE furniture store. Like, you'd wonder if its their tag or a retail tag expensive. They have a lot of construction stuff in between the two stores they have there, and a TON of washer/dryers/fridges/freezers. Bath tubs for $10 each, take your pick from a dozen of them.

6.) Goodwill in Bradenton on Manatee Ave E - Waste of time, junk. Small crowded store no merchandise worth talking about and all expensive. 7.) Goodwill Bargain Barn by SRQ Airport. They bring junk (literally, junk) out on rolling tables. Then they blow a whistle and everyone rushes it and takes takes takes without even looking at what they are taking. Then they bring it back to their shopping cart and share their finds with their friends who are all oodling over it. It's an embarrassment to humanity to have these shoppers there. If immigration setup shop in the parking lot they'd need a new bus every hour. My best guess, is that everyone buying there is buying to garage sale it and make a buck or sell for crack. Nothing worth buying, at all. Everything dirty nothing with tags. It's a flea market with a hint of heroin addict. An incredibly interesting experience, that's for sure. Good news too, Goodwill has COUPONS! Please register to post and access all features of our very popular forum.
