I love how they put a glass between the bathroom and the bedroom. I could watch tv while pampering myself in the bathtub. 눉i had to wait so long for my call to the room service operator to be taken. after 30 mins or so only i got to talk to the operator to place order. possibly is the rush hour. kettle was missing from my room but replaced after two calls were made.눇room is spacious and bed is comfy room price is value for money 눉Wish we could have had more time there눇The bed was very comfortable So we're the pillows Breakfast had a good spread as well 눉The hallway carpet on the 8th floor was so smelly. The wooden cabinet where the fridge was kept was spoiled. Loose screw, and the wood looks like its about to come out from the hinges. The tub has a rusty stain.
We were given tattered towels in the bathroom that looks like a rag. The bed frame was making a lot of noise. They need to renovate the rooms! 눉Please have a look at your sink!!! Bath tub a little too.눇Chinese Chef who manned Breakfast Egg Station was very good. Concierge who brought our bags was very polite. 눉respond time of the service눇Breakfast and swimming pool are great! 눉The facilities is not like 4/5 star hotel The good rate for this hotel only 3 star Its not worth it for money value눇I only like the toilet 눉The breakfast is a little ordinary, and the wi-fi is very intermittent.눇The hotel is superbly clean and the staff are professional. The hotel is quite centrally located. The staff will also call ordinary metered taxis for you to use. The pools are nice, and the gym is very well-equipped. 눉Slow WiFi.눇Front Office Staff was superbly friendly. I enjoyed talking to them. 눉So far none, myb need to stay a little more longer and experience more the hotel눇Option to smoke
