If you are a BS'er you will do real well here. Cons If you do your job you will not be rewarded. Advice to Management Look at which managers have the highest turnover of employees. This may be a clue. Either they don't know how to hire and have to fire, or they drive good people away. Cons They pay is on the lower end, the training was not adequate for the position but they were working on a new training program as I left Clopay. Oct 1, 2015 Helpful (4) I worked at Clopay full-time (More than a year) Pros Building in good location and centrally located. Cons Very mentally abusive environment. Screamed at and f-bombed by a vice-president several times before I quickly left due to the fact that he didn't like the information I presented in reports for his projects. Went to HR and they did absolutely nothing. Very sick and dysfunctional environnment. Employees were allowed to scream at and cuss each other out daily with no repercussions. Same as other reviews---do exactly what upper management wants even if unethical or illegal---or else.Also--the bathrooms on both floors in the Mason location were very unsanitary and just gross--maybe a sign they are cutting back on janitorial help? Advice to Management I'd give advice but I think at this point they are beyond help. To anybody working there---RUN!!!

Cons Don't pay overtime pay and you can get overtime but leave early end of week. Advice to Management Safety is important more is the worker who has to leave early.
