The facility traditionally opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day. Club Members may sunbathe by the 700 foot, four lane pool or observe swimmers in the diving area and kiddie pool under a shaded cabana. The view from the upper pool deck is breathtaking and a popular spot to spend a warm summer day.Another popular Club amenity is the poolside snack bar which offers a variety of casual beach fare and beverages. We offer waiter service around the pool deck. Showers, lockers and changing areas are also conveniently available to members and guests. An active youth aquatics program runs throughout the summer and is supervised by a caring, certified aquatics staff. Children of all ages are invited to participate on swim teams, swimming lessons and summer camps.
Weekly, complementary water aerobics and lap swimming for adults are both offered all summer long.Beach chair and umbrellas are available to our members for seasonal or daily rentals. Seasonal rentals are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis so please call early to reserve your set. This will help ensure everyone has access to lounge chairs who wants to use them.Private swim lessons are available by appointment for ages 2+. Our certified swim instructors offer 1/2 hour sessions - 1 child is $17, 2 children are $25 (kids must be at the same swimming level to combine lessons). Contact the pool to schedule your appointment.The Dunes Gators will compete against other teams in the city's swim league. All skill levels are welcome to join as we will be focusing on technique and sportsmanship. Age groups are 5-10 and 11-18.
