Heavy Duty Power Wheelchairs Power Personal Transport Chairs Seattle Aquarium exhibits and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. If you need a wheelchair you can check one out, free of charge, from the Guest Services desk (available on a first come, first serve basis). A credit card is required for check-out and will be charged $600 if the wheelchair is not returned. Service dogs are welcome in all Seattle Aquarium public exhibit spaces. Persons with disabilities receive a $2.00 discount off the regular price of admission at the Seattle Aquarium.




Aides required and accompanied by persons with disabilities enter free of charge. FLASH Cards and GOLD Cards FLASH Card holders may enter the Seattle Aquarium free of charge with one aide. Gold Card holders may also enter the aquarium free of charge. For more information about the City of Seattle’s Flash and Gold Card program click here. The Seattle Aquarium is open 9:30am–5pm daily; exhibits close at 6pm. The closest handicapped parking spaces to the Seattle Aquarium entrance are located at the DPS private parking lot across the street from the Aquarium. The Pike Place Market Public Parking Garage also has handicapped parking and elevator access to the Pike Place Market. Both locations charge $3.00 per hour (rates change seasonally). If you speak another language and your group consists of six or more people, we may be able to provide an interpreter for your visit to the Seattle Aquarium.  with a minimum of two weeks’ notice to request an interpreter. Requests will be filled on an as-available basis. ASL interpreters and sighted tour guides for deaf, blind and visually impaired groups With a minimum of two weeks’ notice the Seattle Aquarium will arrange for an ASL sign language interpreter or a sighted tour guide at no additional charge for our deaf, blind or visually impaired visitors. The Seattle Aquarium partners with the City of Seattle and over 100 human service organizations in Washington State to broaden access to the Aquarium by offering eligible recipients over 30,000 complimentary tickets each year.

Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children. There are approximately 700 disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all areas and price levels of CenturyLink Field. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Disabled seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single game basis. Lost or Stolen Tickets Season tickets or single game tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced free of charge using My Account Manager. For a $5 processing fee per ticket tickets can be issued at the Box Office. Tickets that have been stolen will be replaced free of charge only if a stolen property report is filed with the police. A case number is required before the tickets will be reissued. You may call the Seahawks Ticket Sales Office at 888-635-4295 prior to the game date and arrange to pick up the tickets at will call on the day of the game, or the ticket holder of record can come to the Customer Service Window on game day. Those attempting to use stolen or fraudulent tickets will be removed from the game and referred to the Seattle Police. Payment for Seahawks season, group, single game and playoff tickets may be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash. Please make all checks payable to the Seattle Seahawks.




Bank items returned for any reason are subject to a $25 service fee. Season Ticket Holders will have the first right of refusal in purchasing their current seat location for playoff games hosted by the Seattle Seahawks. Every season ticket account is assigned a priority date to represent their current tenure as a Season Ticket Holder; the priority date is based on the date you purchased your tickets.  Your priority date gives you preference during seat relocations, upgrades, and purchase of playoff tickets. If you wish to cancel your seats for a season and reapply in the future, you will forfeit your original priority date. Your ticket is a revocable license, and may be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of the Seattle Seahawks. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Seattle Seahawks and the National Football League. Your tickets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to the following: failure to meet payment deadlines, misrepresentation of tickets and violating the Fan Code of Conduct including drunk or disorderly conduct, harassment of other guests and obscene behavior.




Charter Seats: Subject to the restrictions and guidelines set forth in the "Charter Seat License Terms and Conditions," a Charter Seat License may not be transferred more than once each calendar year except in the case of the death of the Licensee. General Seating: Season ticket accounts in general seating areas are non-transferable. Seat Improvements & Additional Seats We are expecting a very high renewal percentage again for the 2016 season which will limit seat relocation. Requests to participate must be submitted along with the initial renewal payment by the renewal deadline date. All new and additional seat requests will be fulfilled in priority order from our official Blue Pride waiting list. Should the Seahawks make it to the Super Bowl, Season Ticket Holders will automatically be entered in a weighted lottery drawing to purchase Super Bowl tickets. As a non-participating team, the Seahawks receive a very limited number of tickets; therefore, we are unable to offer tickets to Season Ticket Holders or the general public. If you are unable to attend a game, please consider a tax-deductible donation of your unused tickets to the Seattle Children's Home. The Seattle Children's Home will offer donated tickets for resale at face value and ALL proceeds will benefit the Home's children and their struggle to overcome mental illness. Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected at the sole discretion of the Seattle Seahawks and/or First & Goal (“FGI”), master tenant of CenturyLink Field, subject to refund, or without refund if the ticket holder is deemed to be disorderly, or otherwise fails to comply with these terms, the CenturyLink Field Fan Code of Conduct or any and all security measures. All references to “ticket holder” shall apply to the season ticket account holder(s), if applicable, and any person who actually possesses or uses this ticket. Ticket holder will not be entitled to consequential, incidental or exemplary damages of any kind. Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the Events, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury.




The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any picture, account or description (whether text, data or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing of all or any part of the Events. The ticket holder grants to the NFL, the Seattle Seahawks, First & Goal and their designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her name, nickname, voice or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the Events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of the NFL, the Seattle Seahawks, First & Goal and their sponsors, licensees, promoters, advertisers, broadcasters or agents. All sales are final. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. Lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets may not be honored. The ticket holder may not enter the Events or otherwise use this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including without limitation contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the NFL's, the Seattle Seahawks' or First & Goal's express written consent.
