If it is not possible to extend the ramp at the requested stop, the driver will ask you to exit at the next accessible bus stop. Wait until the bus comes to a full stop and for the other passengers to exit the bus. Release the brakes on your wheelchair and position it facing the front door. The driver will lower the bus and extend the ramp. Wait until the ramp is fully extended before exiting. Boarding procedure For your safety, please follow this boarding procedure. Wait until the bus is stopped, passengers have exited, and the ramp is fully extended before boarding.  Once inside the bus, wait until the rear door is closed. Back up and place your wheelchair in the designated area near the rear door identified by signs. Position your wheelchair so that it faces the rear of the bus and back it up against the upright pad. Upon request, show your valid transit fare or pay your fare and keep your ticket. Exit procedure  Push the stop button on the flip-up seat at least one stop prior to yours.
