Bob and Brenda Flanagan started in the bedding retail business in 2007 buying Beds R Us Takapuna on Anzac St Takapuna and 12 months later we opened a brand new store in Albany. In 2011 we bought Beds R Us Newmarket 27 Crowhurst St and Beds R Us Wairau Park Link Drive Glenfield. 2013 we opened Beds R Us Botany at Botany Town Centre Te Rakau Drive now located at The Hub Botany. In 2015 we opened Bob Beds Manukau at The Supa Centre Cavendish Drive Manukau City. We now have 7 stores in New Zealand! Now i am quite a difficult customer who often swears too much and doesn't have much of a filter on my mouth. I found her to be a fantastic woman to get along with and she didn't let my brash nature get to her. Gordana was really informant on beds, their springs and what beds would not suit my huge frame (140kg) haha. She was awesome on explaining info on posture which i did not get from other shops. After having a think about things overnight i ended up buying a new bed off your company and it came down to 2 factors which sealed the deal. Yep it was a good price for good bed but ya gotta remember i can get that from several other places. The other factor was Gordana and she for me sealed the deal. It made it a good shopping experience. You got a good asset their bedpeople. I went to your Wairau Park store yesterday to purchase a bed. I just wanted to pass on that the service from Angela in that store was outstanding, very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with!

There's a 3 year manufacturer's warranty on the Wonderest mattress, this excludes when the product is used for commercial purposes. Please retain the warranty card inside the box for details and for future reference. What do I need to do if I need to make a warranty claim? If you have any issues with the product that you have received, please email us at info@thebedpeople.co.nz and provide the order number, full details and the fault, including photos. What do I do if I receive a damaged product? Please reject the delivery if you notice the product is damaged. What is your refund/returns policy? Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind.
There is no 60 Day Comfort Guarantee on Wonderest mattresses. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Bob’s Guarantee means we can put your mind at ease and take the risk out of buying a bed. Our 60 Day Guarantee is unique to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your mattress or mattress and base purchase, please contact us no later than 60 Days after your mattress or mattress and base delivery to exchange it for a new mattress or mattress and base, under the following terms and conditions: A new water proof mattress protector must be purchased from our store at the time of purchasing the new mattress or mattress and base set and fitted to the mattress. The mattress and bed you purchased must be in a sanitary condition and clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind, or we will be unable to honor an exchange request. The guarantee and exchange will be void if the mattress is damaged. You must select the new mattress or mattress and base set and receive delivery within 60 days of your original purchase delivery date.
The new mattress or mattress and base set purchase must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase and the difference is to be at the customer's cost.
