Yeovil District Hospital has a new development of one and two-bedroom flats/houses available for junior doctors and other hospital staff on both a shared and non-shared basis. The properties are located in St George's Avenue, which is within easy walking distance of the hospital and a local shopping area. The properties are managed and maintained by Yarlington Housing Group, and you can find full details of the accommodation, as well as information about how to apply for it, on their website. All the properties are available fully furnished, include Wi-Fi and have access to bike storage and parking. Rents start from £507.71 per month for a one-bed flat, rising to £634.84 per month for a non-shared two-bed property. The hospital also has two types of accommodation located in the Convamore building opposite car park 1. Designed for four people to a flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom and Wi-Fi. This costs £25 a night or £450 a month; or £28 a night or £487.50 a month if the flat has been recently refurbished and you can make a booking online.




It's also possible to add breakfast - served in the canteen on level two of the main hospital - and car parking for an extra charge. We also have accommodation about 10 minutes' walk from the hospital and this is £38 a night or £691.92 a month. Two people sharing a flat and they are ensuite and have Wi-Fi.
