You buy these yourself on Ikea’s website or in one of their lovely stores. We make products for Ikea's cabinet ranges Bestå, Metod, Faktum and Pax. You can use Ikea's Bestå cabinet frames to build a sideboard or tall cabinet with shelves. Bestå is available in the following sizes (width x height in cm): 60x38, 60x64, 60x128, 60x192, 120x38, 120x64, 180x38 and 180x64. If you want to build a wider cabinet, you simply connect several cabinet frames side by side. Bestå is available in two depths: 20 and 40 cm. Our fronts suit both, but our sides and tops are designed for the 40 cm deep cabinet frames. The Bestå cabinet frames are available in three “colours”: white, white stained oak effect and black-brown. There are numerous cabinet frames in different formats to choose from in Ikea's Metod kitchen range. The Metod cabinet frames are available in two "colours": white and black wood effect. Faktum is Ikea's old kitchen range that has been replaced by Metod in some countries during 2013 and 2014. The cabinet frames in Ikea's Pax wardrobe range are available in two widths (50 and 100 cm) and two heights (201 and 236 cm). The 236 cm high cabinets are available in two depths: 58 and 35 cm. The 201 cm high cabinets are 58 cm deep. The cabinets can be connected side by side to a wider wardrobe wall.

Description: My husband and I recently moved to a new house and the living area is the only place where we could fit the litter box. Obviousy, we wanted to disguise the litterbox as much as possible, especially because it’s just opposite the main entrance. Tiff & Chad’s Besta Kitty Loo was my inspiration. I wanted a contemporary, low white cabinet of about 100 cm in length, but BESTA only comes in either 60 cm or 120 cm, so after much looking we chose a FAKTUM wall cabinet, positioned it on its side. 1. We assembled the FAKTUM frame and used a jigsaw to cut out the access hole for the cat flap, following the template included with the cat flap. 2. The FAKTUM frame has holes on the top and bottom shelf, and since we positioned the cabinet on its side, these were clearly visible and ugly. My husband covered both sides with white self adhesive vinyl, and he also used it to cover the inside of the cabinet, so that litter wouldn’t fall in the holes. 3. We fixed a BESTA push opener to the cabinet, to make opening the door easier.
