You would need the Dorman HVAC Air Door Actuator - Part No. 604-113 for the mode door actuator. That is to the right of the gas pedal. Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control module while the HVAC control module is self-calibrating. If interrupted, improper HVAC performance will result. Place the ignition switch to the OFF position. Install the HVAC actuator. Connect all previously disconnected components. Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for a minimum of 60 seconds. Install the HVAC/ECAS fuse. Wait 60 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate. 12/30/2016 SolomonAAPQ: I have a 2000 SIlverado 2500. Heat is not is hot as it should be and defrost only blows cold. Are these actuator issues and I show two parts 604-101 and 604-106. if you are having a temp issue then the part #604-101 might be needed. However, without the presence of your vehicle we would not be able to properly diagnose it, nor provide you with a 100% answer.
