JAY Extreme Active cushion I purchased the Jay Extreme Active cushion as a replacement for my worn out Jay Active cushion. The new cushion seems to be well made and now features a little pocket sewn into the front of the cushion that hangs down at the front of the chair. The cushion incorporates a jell pad attached with velcro onto the fairly hard foam base. My old cushion lasted for more than 6 years so I hope this one will have a similar life span as they aren't cheap but needs must!

I am willing to bet that each and every active wheelchair user will be amazed once they get their hands on these wheelchair wheels. I definitely highly recommend them. Thanks to the Magnesium Wheels I am no longer hindered by my shoulder injury. Magnesium Wheels are incredibly light and it costs no effort at all to put them on the back seat. They have given me my freedom back and I am able to go wherever I please without having to depend on others. It is a wonderful feeling to have! 5 Inch Flashing Light Up Wheelchair Caster I was extremely pleased with the flashing light up wheelchair casters - they were exactly what I had hoped for. They are slightly smaller than my previous front wheels which I thought might be a problem with bumps/uneven surfaces but they seem to hold up well and just glide over any problems.

If you are not able to be in, we can deliver to a neighbour or a safe area at your property if you let us know in advance. For further information, please contact one of our team. All our deliveries are made by a national courier in a custom-made Wheelfreedom box. The box is collapsible, so it can be stored easily, and should be retained for collection. This ensures that the whole process is as simple as possible. You can end your wheelchair hire, leg trolley hire, or ramp hire at any time by phoning us. There is no notice period required, and we are able to collect your wheelchair on the next working day after you contact us. You will receive an email the day before your requested collection date confirming the address and time. As with our deliveries, we can collect your wheelchair from a porch or similar safe area if you let us know in advance, should you not be able to stay in.
Additionally, we are able to collect from a different address to the delivery address - perfect when taking a wheelchair on holiday or to visit relatives. The exception to these delivery arrangements is our Tilt in Space wheelchair. If you are interested in hiring a Tilt in Space wheelchair please contact us to discuss the different delivery options. We are only able to offer technician home deliveries for these wheelchairs, which we can carry out throughout London and the South East of England. We are able to offer a hire service across mainland Britain. However there is an additional delivery and collection charge if the delivery and/or collection are to the Scottish highlands.
