With only one location in the Rochester area, Ron is committed to the western NY area although recent contracts is allowing him to pursue the states needs further. Ron tells everyone that what sets his company apart is his employees’ knowledge and their super-caring customer service. “I feel I have the best of the best in the industry”, Ron explains. His brother Ed does many of the high-end power mobility with the assessments and evaluations. Ed has learned so much in the industry that he is now one of the main go-to guys when it comes to knowledge on these high-end devices. Eric and Marisa are also Outside Sales reps, who everyone loves with account building and have picked up very fast in the DME industry. Marisa specializes in the Pediatrics and has built up a very good customer base as she is so patient with the families of these young children. She is also a mom of a special needs child, Noah. Sonia supports customer service and the purchasing, while Melissa and Sara managing the walk-in sales. Ron explains that Sara and Melissa are simply the best customer service reps in all of New York State. They are very knowledgeable and factory-trained certified fitters for orthotics and Sara always has a smile.
Dave is a factory-trained Service Rep who is very courteous to the customer and very knowledgeable when working with the service/repair issues. Chuck manages the day to day orders, deliveries and service calls. Jen is a new addition and she is remarkable with supporting Ed and all his sales. Mark Delmotte is also new with Westside and he is not only a great Orthotist, but he is in a band and quite the musician. Mark really knows the body and how to treat it, as he says he takes care of the body from nose to toes. Amanda V. is our biller and super extraordinary. Maresa is our bookkeeper and she takes care of the bills that Westside receives on a day-to-day basis. Both Maresa and Amanda V. are moms with young children and we call them Super Moms. Amanda N. is our Marketing/ Female Supply Specialist, who also supports Eric with his outside Sales. Our driver, Mike, is the guy who the public sees the most and he is very educated when delivering the products. He will explain everything about the product and set it up correctly.
