Insiders Guide to Chichester We have 3 properties for you to choose from: Living Elements– a family self catering country house with luxury hot tub and sauna – for 6 guests and 2 cots in beautiful countryside surroundings, close to the sea and sandy beaches. There is an option of 4 extra guests on double sofa beds too. Nature’s Elements – a family / friends self catering large apartment for 4 people with the option of 2 more on a sofabed. With a large garden and always changing skyscape and plenty of bird life you won’t get bored! Note: Both properties can accommodate more by utilising the sofa beds. Palmer’s is at a different site to the other houses, in the quiet village of Birdham.
It is a newly built house with wheelchair access and a downstairs bedroom with its own large bathroom, plus 5 other double bedrooms on the first floor! It will happily sleep 11-13 guests! The two main houses are located in the spread-out village of Sidlesham 5 miles from the historic City of Chichester, this is the perfect location to explore the wonderful town and surroundings including Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, the NEW Medmerry Harbour, Witterings Beaches, Chichester Marina, Goodwood, Chichester City and Cathedral and much more. We specialize in holidays for family groups and Hen Parties. We cater for a wide range of guests with particular interests and ambitions – these include We are at Living Elements (and Nature’s Elements for small dogs only). Note: not all gardens are 100% escape proof but we can provide stakes if needed 🙂 We welcome well behaved pets in both properties – but ask that they DO NOT go into the bedrooms at all. Please ensure you clear up after your dog – inside and out!

The larger country house is excellently equipped, set in a well established garden with a hot tub and sauna. Its light and airy, spacious for all the family or group and quiet. T More details about the jacuzzi and sauna here. Nature’s Elements looks onto a large garden / field and is modern, bright and very well presented for smaller family groups & friends. It has excellent disabled & wheelchair access except for a step for the shower (15cms) and is only on the ground floor. There is scope here for temporary house relocation accommodation and placements with room for the family at weekends for example. Also a great location for business meetings. C
