Accessible Rentals by CMG offers two locations for rental services. For your convenience, we offer the option of arranging for an Accessible Rentals by CMG employee to deliver and pick-up your wheelchair accessible minivan rental at your location for a nominal fee. Rental Locations For your convenience: With Accessible Rentals by CMG, you have the option to rent a handicap accessible minivan before you decide which option is the best one for you before you buy. Contact a mobility consultant for details regarding rental reimbursement when you decide to buy. Accessible Rentals by CMG also offers scooter and wheelchair rentals for your convenience. The following rental rates apply: Please note: All rates are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax. The Weekend Rental pick up is Friday after 2:00 pm and returned by Monday at 9:00 am. Renter shall receive the Vehicle with a full tank of gas and return the Vehicle with a full tank of gas. If the Vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, Renter agrees to pay Owner $10/gallon to fill the tank. The renter is subject to a $50.00 late-fee return if the vehicle is returned more than two hours later than the scheduled end time. The renter will be responsible for the daily rental rate of $100.00 per day for vehicles returned more than four hours later than the scheduled return time and an additional $100.00 per day for each additional day.
The renter is responsible for notifying Accessible Rentals by CMG if the vehicle will be returned more than two hours after the scheduled return time. The deposit is refunded if Accessible Rentals by CMG receives a cancellation notice in a timely matter.
