LVMS offers ADA Van Service and ADA Golf Cart Shuttle Service. Vans and golf carts are available at each of the designated handicap parking areas or you can call (702) 632-8006. Yes, this is available. Please visit the event for more information. Service animals are allowed, arrangements should be made in advance with LVMS. Located throughout the facility and are marked by wheelchair signage posted at the entrance of the buildings. LVMS does not rent wheelchairs to guests. If guests need assistance they may use the LVMS provided ADA Van Service and ADA Golf Cart Shuttle Service. Please contact the Handicap/ADA Van dispatch personnel next to Fan Assistance. Use the form provided to take down the proper information to pass on to the Handicap/ADA staff. Always ask them to go to the nearest Tram Stop. If there is none in a relatively close walking distance, please ask them to stand next to a visual marker. Use I-15 to exit 54 (Speedway Blvd). All vehicles with authorized handicap plates or placards will be parked on asphalt in the Handicap Parking lot, located through Entry 12 at the front of the Blue Lot.

Enter from Exit 54 - behind the Blue lot and follow the signs to Handicap Parking. Do not attempt to enter via Speedway Blvd. Use the far-left lane of exit 54 on Interstate-15, follow directional signs to the handicap parking area. Report to one of the 2 Handicap Guest Services tents and board one of the golf cart shuttles for transport to Ticket Gates B or E. Arriving by taxi or Coach America bus: Report directly to Tram Stop 5 and tell the tram stop attendant you require wheelchair transport.




Tram Stop 5 is behind the Taxi/Bus Depot under the large red canopy. LVMS offers ADA Van Service and ADA Golf Cart Shuttle Service.  Gate E, near the Dale Earnhardt Terrace Gate B, near the Richard Petty Terrace Elevators - Elevators 2 & 7 provide access to the mezzanine level (grandstands) and Elevators 2, 3, 4, 7 & 8 will provide access to the suite level and rooftop for our disabled guests. Sections 1N - 1O; Sections 2F - 2H, 2R, & 2Y; Sections 2A - 2D, 2X - 2Y; Sections 3B – 3C; Earnhardt Terrace – Section 301 – 303, 305 – 306, 308 – 309, 311 – 312, & 314 – 316; Petty Terrace – Section 102 – 110; These seating areas are clearly marked.  Disabled guest companion seating is available.  Chairs will be provided for the companion guests on an as needed basis. The guest service staff will be able to answer your questions and assist you with requests for wheelchair-capable vans to pick you up. Please do not request a wheelchair-capable van if you are able to safely board our normal fleet of trams and shuttles. 2. Access to the handicapped seating areas in the grandstands. In section 2, use elevator #2 or elevator #7 for access to the handicap seating areas. In the Richard Petty Terrace or Dale Earnhardt Terrace, use the wheelchair ramp or any of the elevators for access to the handicap seating areas. Ushers are there to assist guests to seats area and can also get wheelchair attendant a folding chair. 3. Access to the Neon Garage or the Infield. Report to the Infield Tram Stop located on the south side of the LVMS Ticket Office. Inform the tram stop attendant you require wheelchair transport. 4. Access to Upper Viewing Deck in the Neon Garage. There are two elevators for access to the upper viewing deck located at opposite sides in the center of the Neon Garage.




5. Access to Pit Road. From ground level, report to the NASCAR inspection bays located near theMediaCenter. There is a large sign for wheelchair access toPit Road. A security guard will escort guest and one attendant to the walkway that leads toPit Road. 6. Departing the Neon Garage. Report to the Neon Garage Main Entry Gate (where you were dropped off) and inform the security guard that you are ready to return to the grandstands. You can call or text the Fan Assistance Line to request a wheelchair van.Enterprise is committed to providing a range of Adaptive Driving Devices for our customers with disabilities. Adaptive Driving Devices include hand controls, left foot accelerators, spinner knobs, and pedal extenders. Such devices are available at no additional charge. While Enterprise will use good faith efforts to satisfy requests for vehicles with hand controls, left foot accelerators, spinner knobs, or pedal extenders, as soon as reasonably practical, we may require up to two to three business days notice for vehicles equipped with Adaptive Driving Devices depending on the location of the branch where such a vehicle is requested.




However, at certain major airport locations*, vehicles equipped with Adaptive Driving Devices may be available with as little as 8 or 24 hours advance notice. The foregoing timeframes are subject to delays beyond Enterprise?s reasonable control. Customers with disabilities who do not have a driver's license can still rent with Enterprise when accompanied by a surrogate driver who presents a valid driver's license. Minimum age restrictions and other normal rental qualifications apply, but there is no additional charge for the surrogate driver and the surrogate driver need not produce a credit card or otherwise be required to meet our financial underwriting requirements.
