You could tell the bottom was not informed of things being passed down from the top. I.E. packages they cross sold at check in.눇Weather, and Location, been going here for 15 years between BRR and The Breakers. BRR facilities minus the spa are getting tired feel and smell inside and out. 눉Too many expensive charges. Your website says 30.00 daily parking fee, they charged $37.00. Your website says $25.00 daily resort fee, they charged $30.00 a day and we still had to pay $25.00 to rent a beach umbrella, Cheapest sunscreen was $40.00!
Room was cleaned, my tissue box was empty, no replacement.눇Great location on ocean but not walking distance to other restaurants. Entire staff well trained in smiling, customer service. 눉The TV is too small and outdated. Why not have a bigger flat screen TV mounted on the wall instead of the awkward table in the middle of the room.눇Room service was great 눉To have our room's door locked when we came back after a night out, which was due to one of the resort restaurants charged by mistake on our room number, not the most pleasant.
