In the warm weather, breakfast on the back deck is a lovely place to sit.The first floor is accessible to my guests.I can guide people to places of interest and restaurants that they would like. I am very familiar with most of CT and can help them get to where they would like to go.The street I am on is quiet, and my place is quite restful. There is a deck to sit on and enjoy the gardens.There is parking in my driveway on the right side. Public transportation is limited. If the guest was to fly in and needed transportation to and from Bradley Airport, I would pick the person up for an additional fee, paid directly to me.The proximity to the UConn Health Center and Jackson Labs makes this is a very good place to stay. Also, I am close to Miss Porter's School and Hill-Stead Museum. I am one mile off I-84.I don't allow smoking.
