Well my friends, I found out that that is NOT necessarily true. After reading many posts on this forum, and also various moving websites, I was convinced that I would have to get rid of my precious precious Sealey True Form memory foam mattress. She assures me that it is true. She says that as long as it is not stored on its side for more than a couple weeks, is NO PROBLEM. Folks we are talking over a foot of solid memory foam here. In many cases, you need to lift and adjust parts of the mattress as you slide the box. The mattress should lie completely flat inside, with no folds or wrinkles. Seal the open end of the box, and transport the mattress flat.
