This is our traditional safety mattress, for cot beds & is ideal right from birth for overnight sleeping right through to toddler years. Each covering is removable & either wipe-down or machine washable, none of the covers are tumble dry. The standard covering will be PVC & Mesh if choosing a foam mattress inner, Amicor if choosing pocket sprung or Deluxe Quilted Polyester if choosing any other mattress inner. (Just leave the covering choice as ‘Standard as Description’ in these instances) An optional waterproof barrier/sleeve is available at no extra charge, this helps to protect the mattress core. This particular item can be made to any size for a cot bed up to approximately 142 x 75cm.hypo-allergenic CMHR 28 density foam, natural fibres or springs. Optional ventilation holes are available when selecting a foam mattress type which aids the circulation & air around baby's head and also allows for drainage of any fluids/liquids (sick), particularly where newborn babies are concerned. (Please make your selection from drop down box above). This mattress is manufactured without the use of any antimony, phosphorous, arsenic, barium, lead or other nasty fire-retardant chemicals. Mattress covers are easily removed for washing by means of a zip. Each section will have it’s own separate cover. This mattress offers firm support and comfort. Maximum mattress depth is available up to 10cm depth as recommended by British Standards.
