We are a group of makers, marketers, designers and engineers with a great desire to change the way content creators distribute their content and how they are paid for it. The platform uses blockchain technology to allow peer-to-peer transactions between creators and users of security accounts, authenticity and, most importantly, flexibility. Support by leading global investors and its advisory boards includes several names from magazines, tech blockchains, and online markets.

With Wemark, content licenses their content directly to customers through blockchain. They retain more content for their content, while getting better for a better price.

Wemark began in April 2015, providing market sellers with a set of tools to help them access a wider audience and grow their micro businesses. Our technology is in many markets, helping sellers from 6 different continents to make the Company and help increase their sales.

Our mission is to help photographers and create other content to spread their content directly to customers with full alignment, control and interest. SEPTEMBER 2017 — LAUNCH READING CREATION LISTS

Launch a waiting list for initial contributors. More than 1,500 professional photographers enroll in the first few weeks.

JANUARY 2018 — LAUNCH “WEMARK FOR CREATORS” ALPHA VERSION

Wemark launches its first product — enabling photographers to create profiles, verify their identity and submit images for review. Thousands of photographers signed up with more than 20,000 submitted images.

FEBRUARY 2018 — ANNOUNCES THE WEMARK ADVISORY COUNCIL

Announced the first advisor to join the company’s advisory board, including Lars Perkins (founder of Picasa — now Google Photos), Keren Sachs (former content director at Shutterstock) and Lee Torrens (market leader in Canva).

MARCH 2018 — ANNOUNCES THE FIRST CONTENT PARTNER

Announces an exclusive strategic partnership with the world’s largest content provider in stock photography, including the top Getty Images — “Caia” provider, with over 20,000 premium images sent to Wemark.

APRIL 2018 — DISCLAIMS WHITE PAPER WEMARK

Wemark launches new TGE website, releases White Book and announces final details for TGE.

MAY 2018 — TOKEN GENERATION EVENT (TGE)

Wemark Token public sale will begin on May 7, sales will take place two weeks after the white list period.

JUNE 2018 — LAUNCH WEMARK.COM ALPHA VERSION

Wemark.com will be launched alpha as a fully functional market, including transactions, licensing and distribution of payments.

Q3 2018 — LAUNCH WEMARK PIONEERS — CUSTOMER’S PROGRAM WEMARK
